  • the belt of her father ist too long!!!!!!!!!

  • Nice. I have to agree with some others, though... much too fast, they don't look where they are turning and the take big steps instead of sliding their feet into position.. Overall pretty good, but I have a hard time seeing this as a black belt level. In my dojo, I've seen this preformed just as well, if not better, by blue belts.

  • very good kids!!!

  • Arnabas315: they're just kids ffs. I'm pretty sure they would also kick many adult practitioners' asses in kumite.

  • impresionante

  • That's like PINIAN kata 1 or 2 in Kyokushin :).. But people, look at her technique , she is about 6 years old and she is doing all positions and blocks perfecly ; o

  • Ok they shouldn't have a blue or brown belt at their age and ok their positions are far from perfect but I think they (especially the little girl) are doing pretty good for their age :-)

  • @aaronpackers they are also doing positions too long. If you punch them sideways they will loose their balance. And yes they are going VERY fast. I bet they are yellow or orange belt.

  • OK, if they are "black belts", which they're probably not, then they should know that they are going waaaaaaay to fast on this. Kata's are meant to be slow and steady, concentrating on the form more than SPEED.

  • I disagree with previous. Kata was meant as a substitute for combat. They never look where they're turning before they turn. Do they have ESP or something? I learned make eye contact, then move. Look at something in the direction that you're turning and use that as your target. Otherwise you're just going through motion and it means nothing.
