Filmed in 1984, Alfred (yes, that's me) demonstrates the $10,000 Apple Lisa computer on a tri-state cable channel. This was a very early 'mass introduction' to a system that had a graphical user interface, icons, pull down menus, and a rodential input device called 'a mouse.'

Wow, it's amazing how far we've come in the past 25 years, from b/w, to green, to some colour, to full colour, to hd, omg and from tape to 5 inch floppy to 3 inch, to cd, to dvd, to sd cards, the last 25 years have been the greatest technological motion in the history of man
