Timmothy, not to worry. The plans now include the option to build a bigger size. You should have no trouble fitting into it.

Hey Simracedriver, take a closer look at the video at about the 2:06 minute point. This rig is specifically built for inverted pedals, so you can use it for PC or console racing and have the benefits of inverted pedals. Besides inverting the pedals, there is even room there for a dead pedal so your left foot has a place to go when you aren't on the clutch.

It can be modified for very tall people. When you order, place a not in the order comments and we will send you simple instructions on how to modify it. Only downside is you have to start with a full sheet of MDF rather than the smaller handi-boards.

Oh and one more thing, next month i'll be hitting you guys up for a Silver Tactile Transducer. But if i had one wish with the RS1 ,it would be stickers to display proudly...just a thought.

Thnxs. I cut out the templates and saw the bigger size option. very cool. I'm taking everything over to a friend of mine that has everything i need for tools. Only have to wait til he comes back from vacation.grrrr. i'm ready to get started. But anyways, anybody looking to get a fool proof way to make a solid Simulator Cockpit. Look no further. These plans are very clear. If you can cut on a dotted line , you are all set. Thanks again Ricmotech You guys rock.

I bought your plans and i'm excited big time. I am a little worried because i'm 6'4" 350lbs. I watched the simracingtonight guys build it then in another episode tested /reviewed it. It was a little snug for Darin,he's 6'4" also but slimmer, so i'm hoping i learned from that and just extend the base a little bit more. then i'm off to the races infront of my 82" tv. Do you have any helpful tips that might help me before i start my build. thank you.

Frank, Can you locate a PS3 console inside the unit with the bass shacker unit installed or will it cause your disc not to work (i.e. vibrations / jump etc)

Hello there I like your setup. I built one a while ago and out of treated 1x1 lumber. worked great. cost was less then 50.00... I also had zero wobble. my friend weighed a littler over 275lbs and it never moved.. The only thing I would like to add to yours is a ebrake. I see that your setup has none.. Perhaps make one with adjustments for friends and family that come over to enjoy your sim. I personally am interested in this. Also will is this sturdy enough for a motion setup?
