Here is a segment of the animated short "The Most Important Person". This one's called "Hearing". (about 15 seconds of the picture is missing in the middle)

These aired on WFLD Channel 32 in Chicago during the late-seventies and possibly as late as the early eighties? (And, I'm sure, on many other local stations)
