Im from New York, where fine dining reigns supreme... but there's nothing like a real home cooked meal, and those crab cakes you did, are one of the very best recipes I've seen done. Beating out the FOOD NETWORK recipes for crab cakes. I love a crab cake that is what it is, CRAB CAKE... yours have a generous serving of crab meat in it... thank you for sharing it.
