don't think it's too much about the win/loss ratio but more about the transitions and achievements from 8 different weight classes. Former champion for 8 different weight classes and current pound for pound. I reckon that's what they based their conclusion/opinions from.

Pacquiao hasnt fought a boxer in his prime in welterweight or in other weight classes. morales in his prime whoooped his ass lol. mayweather can beat him easily and marquez won the 3 fight so hes NOT the greatest boxer ever

Manny in his last several fights has either fought fighters whom have lost to Mayweather or whom have came off of a loss. He also has only fought 1 Black fighter in his whole entire career. This sport is over 200 years old, Manny is not even in the top 30

@phwlgood mayweather walked away from a 2009 showdown with pacquiao. and like me others also beleieved pacquiao would have completely wiped him out then since he didnt have many responsibilities. but now is different i think floyd is just waiting for pacquiao to slow down(pacquio already has) to fight him, and im a pacquiao fan but i say floyd beats him now. although it wouldnt have been the same if this fight had happened 4 years ago light it was suppose to.

Pacquiao is not the greatest fighter ever. There is not such thing. You can not go back and get guys like chavez Sr, whitker, dela hoya at his prime, mosley at his prime, and so on. Mayweather has got to be his next fight. Bob manny's promoter knows this is bad news and will not allow the fight. So get real about calling someone the "greatest ever" now matter where they came from.
