Don't you have any problems putting them on after you brushed your teeth. Because apparently they slip around so easily if you brush your teeth first...

I haven't tried them, but I'm pretty sure, I'll use them. But I would be careful with using them for a longer time than recommended.

They are cheap for what you actually get (compared to the dentist), so I personally am going to use them as recommended to see how my teeth react.

also, you can get twice the use out of them like i do - since i dont care about the back of my teeth being white, instead of folding the strip under my teeth, i cut them in half so i turn 1 strip into 2!

well you should brush your teeth before using because then you will get off all the plaque and it will be much more affective amd not leave spots

All crest white strips are not the same. For example does the Supreme version have a higher percentage peroxide which means they can whiten your teeth in less treatments = save money.

Most people cant brush their teeth before using white strips because their teeth will become so sensitive that they have to discontinue so you are just lucky to be able to do that.

Using them for more than 30 minutes will not necessary do any difference because the peroxide reacts when exposed to air.

Using them twice a day for last three days now, not seeing a huge amount of difference :( might leave em on longer from now on
