@HammondB200 Some MTDs are Korean made (the Kingston series is). The price is budget but the quality is not. Probably one of the nicest basses on the market made in Korea. They are all made to Michael Tobias's exact specs...and inspected before sale in the U.S.

@HammondB200 Yes, they can be had used for around $300-$500 depending on model and shape. I don't know why anybody would get an Ibanez instead for the same price...
