Retro Glam Party Makeup- Ask Me Makeup with Amy B

Hi everyone!

This is a retro party glam makeup look! It follows the principles of the smokey eye, but just on the upper eye. This gives it a bit of a 60's twist.

Megan, my beautiful friend, has very full uppper and lower lashes. The lower eye looks as though we've lined it with pencil, but we hadn't.

I love all your videos!!

I just have two questions

First is that I have lots of dark freckles, and after I apply foundation, you can see it smeared over them. It looks very strange. Is there any way I can avoid that?

Also, my eyes are a green-yellow, and I just wanted to know what color eyeshadow should I use to bring the green and yellow out.

First of all, with your eyes, warm brown, bronze colours will really bring them out.

And with your freckles, it depeneds on how much you want to conceal your freckles. You could try a stick foundation in the areas that need most coverage. And just apply that over the top of the liquid foundation. Also choose a foundation colour that is half way between your skin colour and your freckle colour.
