Hot and Sour soup test at Grand Palace

Test of Bejing Soup, Hot and Sour soup at Grand Palace., jauary 2009, in Stockholm, Sweden.
This is the first soup we tested this evening. Half an hour later we did one more test, and the second soup was different from this first one.
Hot & Sour soup is generaly called Pekingsoppa (Beijing Soup) in Swedish. Sometimes it is called Chinees goulash soup, as they do at Grand Palace.
Grand Palce was a nice experience. Good food, and nice personel who understand the guests, that is me. :-)
There are three types of Pekingsoppa, the soy one, the sweet and sour, and the most rare, the tomato tasting.
