Hmm, you've stumped me on that one. I'm not sure why your lower back would hurt. Are you lying on a soft enough surface to protect you from the floor.

Hi, yes I do, but you need to keep a brisk pace rather than just a stroll. If you have hills where you live, that's a real plus!

Hi, I have many ab workout videos uploaded with lots of different exercises to help you get that flat tummy. Please check them out. I think you will find them very helpful. You can put together a routine of different exercises or you can do my 15 minute ab workout. I also have an intense and challenging 40-minute ab workout video which used to only be available by rental, but it is now available to view for free.
