Anyone knows whats going on in the C part?

@hombreg1 It's a little confusing to explain what i meant. Perhaps i just referred to the most popular ones, thinking that not everyone listen jazz, not everyone is a drummer or a musician, or skilled on music, all that watched just with my own perception. Under that pint of view, colaiuta would fit among the most popular ones. But i think that's too complicated :-) ... and i actually agree with you... all of them are leyends!!

I'll always remember being awe-struck the 1 st time I heard this (many moons ago!). I still am. A piece of music that will always make me feel on top of the world when listening to it, just completely up my street, and bringing back some amazing memories too. So special, and perferct for me!

I feel this theme is an icon of latin-jazz fusion. I also believe that many of us agree Weckl has became a living leyend, like Kruppa, Rich or Gadd.

Dave was playing birch drums (Recording Customs)on this album, and a birch snare. The majority of his recordings are on his vintage Maple Custom kit, though lately he's using birch and oak as well. His signature aluminum snare hasn't changed in years but his maple snares now have detachable lugs. Yeah, I'm a gear head.
