The instructions for taking the second exit are misleading. I'm left with the impression that I should be in the left lane when taking the second exit and I should not indicate at all until I am past the first exit, which is correct only if the second exit is "before or at 12 o'clock", otherwise you should be in the right lane with the right indicator on approaching the roundabout and the left indicator on after you pass the first exist.
