November 2011 marks the twentieth anniversary of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations. To mark this important occasion, Kaplan Eduneering asked two of the most experienced C&E attorneys in the U.S. -- Jeff Kaplan and Rebecca Walker of Kaplan & Walker LLP -- to share their knowledge of "what works" when it comes to C&E programs.

The product of the collaboration between the two firms is an engaging video series that will offer insightful and practical information regarding some of the most significant C&E program challenges facing organizations of all kinds.

Kaplan EduNeering has produced the first two videos in which Mr. Kaplan and Ms. Walker discuss strategies for successful risk assessment and program assessment.

Videos to be released in the coming months will cover:
• C&E program governance and management;
• C&E training and other communications;
• C&E program auditing;
• Promoting and enforcing C&E standards.

This series should be of interest to both new and experienced C&E professionals, and to others within companies (such as directors as officers) with a need to understand C&E programs.
