Santa leads Boycott Apartheid Israel BDS action in Brisbane

Palestinian Santa is evicted from the Brisbane Myer centre for delivering giant "Don't Buy Apartheid for Christmas" card to the Israeli owned and staffed Seacret shop selling Israeli made Dead Sea cosmetics. The action was in support of the Boycott Divestment Sanctions Campaign initiated by Palestinian trade unions and civil society in 2005 that has the aim of * Ending Israel's occupation and colonization of all Arab lands and dismantling the Wall * Recognizing the fundamental rights of the Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel to full equality; and * Respecting, protecting and promoting the rights of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes and properties as stipulated in UN resolution 194
