PET strap production line

In this video, extruder is SJ75/30 single screw extruder. It is one to one extrusion,means one strap at the same time,different from that of two straps at the same time. width range of the strap is
9-25 mm, thickness range is 0.5-1.5 mm,outupt is 2.5 tons/24 hours. material is 100% recycled PET flakes. total installation power is 120 KW.

For customer's reference:
(1)output you may choose 60 kg/h,80 kg/h,100 kg/h.
(2)model: one to one extrusion or one to two extrusion.
(3)Price for one strap extrusion: FOB Shanghai Euro 75,000.
(4)Price for two straps extrusion: FOB Shanghai Euro 90,000.

PS: Later in May 2008,if you could come to China,you will see the running machine(trial for one customer) of the PET strap production line,one to two extrusion(two straps extrusion).
