The quest for differentiation in a crowded marketplace is everyone's goal, but few are able to achieve it. In our haste to build market share we sometimes forget what it is that we can do better or differently than the competition and become all things to all people. Determining how you want to differentiate (product, service, personnel, channel, price or image)and then creating a business model that supports that every day is the only way you can consistently stand out in a crowd.
