ouch, props for landing it but you could easily get it a lot higher if you just fixed your swings :P i honestly thought you were going to die when i saw you dump your shoulders over the bar with you arms having a 90 degree bend.. scary

Good start. To perform the "real" thing, block and release the bars, then perform the dismount. You will gain height and the action will be more distinct. Hanging on too long while turning detracts from the beauty of this move, especially with collapse of the left arm.

I want to learn that but my only guess would be to start doing wendies to your back on a rezzie, any other tips? we don't have a set of pbars over our foam pit
