  • I already know I need self-discipline. That's just step 1. What about step 2: how to get self-discipline? I have been working on that for over a year, albeit not necessarily related to fat-loss. I still haven't gotten to the point where I can run every day, or even every other day.

  • @Aprinsa I answered your question on my 10-14-10 BlogTalkRadio com show. You can listen there or on iTunes. Search Steve Turano. • @Aprinsa I have dedicated my life to your step 2. And it's not just a decision we can choose to make, so know that you are right about that. There are very complicated psychological factors determining our behavior and self-control. I will be posting a video about this soon.

  • have you tried your own diet?

  • Steve seems a little testy today. lol

  • For some reason, ever since i started watching your videos, I feel more self disciplined. I even told my grandma i didn't want more cake (had to take a tiny slice, or i would never hear the end of it haha). You're doing great work here Steve, and i hope comments like mine will keep You motivated to educate the public who are searching for the truth. Love your body!

  • I often find that just a taste of some "forbidden food" is enough to cut the craving for something salty, sweet, or greasy.

  • This is SO true! I have training with a friend of mine. I am half her size but have lost twice as much weight. she complains, I say pain (from working out hard) and giving up a few brownies is worth it. proof is in the waist line!

  • i like your video's but do you ever stand up

  • I think it's a little harsh to just rag them out like that. If they're not willing to admit their problem thats one thing, but I think just about everyone struggles from some form of psychological addiction to some degree (this could be entirely unrelated to diet/exercize). If they say "look, I know I have a problem and I want help" I still give them credit for trying to heal and break psychological addictions, it's not always an easy thing to do.

  • I don't understand how people try to blame their problems on something outward. They might as well say someone is shoving the food down their throat.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Thanks! :) I like your radio show; first time I listened to it.
