Hey listen to this - I'm in the UK, never heard of Sprinkles Cupcakes and I make cupcake soaps, one of them is called Sprinkles Cupcake Soaps, so I got a lawyers letter from Sprinkles Cupcakes today, asking me to change the name of my soap.

What do you think of that, unreal or what!!

I'm actually flattered that they might have even heard of me - I can't believe they even care about a tiny company like me.

they have tons of sprinkles bakeries all over the u.s, and probably international. so when someone has that much power, i guess that somehow gives them the right to sue who ever they want. have u ever been to new york? ppl sue others over accidents that never happen.

whats so ironic is that the owner and founder of sprinkles cupcake is candace nelson. who also happens to be one of the judges of the show cupcake wars on food network. but i guess sprinkles has the right to do that cause they were the first ever cupcake bakery open. they just wanna stay at the top. anyone would if they were the first to start this trend as in opening cupcake bakeries but she should really stop suing ppl; aren't most famous ppl like that, btw, shes a member of food network.
