Danny Carey - The Grudge solo - clinic 2003

Danny does an improv solo (not my footage) followed by some photos and video (I took) of The Grudge from his clinic in Overland Park Kansas in 2003. I drove more than 600 miles to see this.

Jeff Ocheltree was on hand to talk about Danny's cast bronze drums, which he did not use that night for "logistic reasons."

I met Danny and Jeff beforehand at Explorer's Percussion. I was lucky enough to get Danny's signature (in purple ink) as well as help move his Sonor kit for the performance that night.
