Patrick from Greyhound Fitness, Inc., in Orlando, FL has some fun with one the legged squat, otherwise known as "The Pistol."

Although this is a fun "demonstration of strength," it should be noted there are safer, more efficient ways to build leg strength.

  • Very nice. So many people look like they are half falling when they go down in this exercise and then they do a quick squat up a if they half threw them selves

  • Wow, it looks verry hard, i will do it as well.

  • Great job, Pat. Those are much, much harder while holding the foot.
