NO - don't say F U RDU... say F U to those who let the station be sold, and the students who don't give a rats about what they are losing. I volunteered at RDU for 2 years and I know all the staff loved the independence that RDU had... bu due to apathy and further tertiary sellout behaviour, what will happen now?

This is just dirty marketing BS. Privatization of RDU will change RDU. If the UCSA has had to bail out RDU as UCSA president Warren Poh said (although the UCSA isnt trustworthy), the station will have to change. Pressure to be commercially viable changes any public service, just look at the collage of arts staff cuts. Freedom from commercial constraints is what a student station is about, not target demographics! I wonder if RDU will tell its volunteers it is actually a corporation. F U RDU!
