It really does look gross but interesting so I tried it. Leave the strawberries off add some feta or gorgonzola and put it on crackers or bread and it's amazing

Appetizer or a dessert? I'm still confused. I could see the peppers and cheese on the toasted bread. That might be alright, but salt and sugar? Bell peppers and strawberries? NO! How about red bell peppers and jalapenos inside the cream cheese. If you must have red on top, make it salsa and serve it up with tortilla chips. If that's too much heat, try Bruschetta for red, olives for green,and use the toast. If you use strawberry jam, please make it cake! I can't have salty in my sweet. :)
