@Categorycinque Well, Wickes decided to change the cadence up because a lot of high school bands were trying to play blue raiders......and they made it sound terrible. He actually got the drum line to write new parts and then they threw the music away after the next group learned, so that no none would have music to try and copy it again.

I played in the 1978-79 band at LSU and this only has remnants of what we played. I mean, this is really good, but...What happened to tradition at LSU? Going. Going. Gone.
