@xXMarissaxBooXx You can make one from fabric (like that elastic fabric what they use for swimwear) and Silicone/rubber that wouldn't scratch the lining on the pool ^^ Hope you understand me a bit ^^

My dad isnt letting me get a tail cause we have a pool so he things if the tail has plastic it will scratch the lining on the pool. Is it rubber or what?? Pleasse reply anyone who has or knows the answer please tel me :)
