@MormonManUtah the bloat comes from creatine monohydrate use which fills your muslces with water. also muscle SIZE has nothing to with strength. theres a difference between working out for strength and lifting for muscle size etc. you really are so fuckin clueless that its scary.

@iNNeViTable1 Muscle has a memory and he could return to previous muscle mass by eating more complex carbs that work for him at the right time. Too much sugar from fruit causes the body to be hyper and not hold on to weight. By weight I mean healthy weight. By learning to control insulin and keeping the blood sugar spikes below a threshold you can unleash great power and stamina without being fat. Look at a lion. They are very strong and walk slowly but have explosive strength

@iNNeViTable1 Many at the gym are bloated and puffy with water weight. Don't forget inflammation. Chimpanzees don't look that strong but they can ripe your face off.

@likeomgutube First off many people are gluten intolerant or sensitive. Bread makes you puffy and fat regardless. When you combine a carb with a meat the stomach has a hard time breaking down the meat do to enzyme and digestive juice conflict. Sandwich meat is loaded with preservatives and salt also. Combining meat with carbs can slow the digestion down many hours. Many people also don't properly chew food. No wonder people get fat and puffy as the age. Body gives up!

Keep the veggies, ditch the fruit, add some eggs and eat boiled potato with virgin coconut and olive oil pre-workout. The key is blood sugar control! Eat scrambled eggs alone. Spinach and blueberries only. Insulin control AMEN.

@likeomgutube A sandwich is one of the worst foods you can eat. How about a boiled potato with olive and coconut oil by itself. A juicy lean steak with red onions. The reason these people turn to vegan is due to digestive issues. They are on the verge of starvation and don't realize it. They have to eat a huge amount of foot to barely sustain life hence the lack of stored energy (fat). If people just understood blood sugar and proper food combining and when to eat what and how
