READ! Guys, this is my first one shot! I really hope you like it, if i get 15+ comments, then i will make it. =) i know its kinda suckish but it will get better if i do it. So, PLEASE COMMENT! :D And, let me know whatcha think.
"Gabriella, sweetie, i'm soo sorry." Sharpay said, sympathitically, as she wrapped her arms around her best friend.
"I-it's okay.."Gabriella managed to mutter out. She closed her eyes trying to hold back her tears.
Today, was the day of Troy's funeral. He was killed during his leave in Iraq during the war; he was shot in the chest & the bullet went through his heart.
Gabriella never will be able to forget the day when she got the most heartbreaking phone call of her life; that her Fiance had been killed. The day that he slipped away, was the day her whole life would never be the same.
"I need to be alone." Gabriella whispered as she went up to her & Troy's bedroom.
She looked all around the room, at his clothes scattered all around the floor. She looked towards their nightstand and saw the picture of them together last Fall. She clutched onto it, and traced her fragile fingers across his face. All the memories of them came flooding back into her mind.
She flashed back to the day Troy was leaving for Iraq.
"Gabriella, i'm going to miss you so much." He said, holding her in his arms, never wanting to let go.
"i am too, Troy. I love you sooo much"
"Bella, when i come back we're going to start our life together, just you and me. Together forever." He said, kissing her forehead.
The bus had arrived.
"Well, i guess it's time for me to go. I'll see you soon, baby." He said, kissing her one last time.
Little did they know that that one last time would be forever.
-End of flashback-
Gabriella let all her tears that she been holding back flow out. She wished that this was all just some bad dream, that she would wake up from this nightmare sometime soon.
She couldn't wrap her head around the thought that Troy was gone... forever.
