thank you Shawn... I am glad I discovered you today... and lately when things haven't been working around like the way it used and like that you're hinting at.. I don't know how.. but that was what my intuition was telling me.. to go back in the past and figure out all those things that made things happen for me.. worked for me... ♥

I'm going to go write my list. I already thought of some while watching this. For me it's direction (I always try and do everything at once, or don't have a proper plan for the day) and also routine :P My routine is basically no routine at all..and it's making me sleep at weird hours. I need to make a routine and commit to it I think. Thanks for posting this!

Sean I will start with that - great speach ;) and I Have started thinking about it
..but there is one think you should know ;) - water do not conduct electricity - element which are in does. I think it is more about that our brain cells need water to be constructed well and that what you mean. That all ;) (honestly i beliave that you totally know that, but if there is a chance that we can teach/learn something we sholud take it )
