As a sort of pianist, it has been Gould's Goldberg next to my heart for decades....heard you for the first time today, radio, last of the French #5...said to my wife "ahhhh....Gould playing Bach"....then covered myself by adding " or someone who understands Bach and plays as well....just listen to that left hand...". Mrs. Ditterstein, so enchanted to have met your talent. Thank you for the tireless work you put into the Goldberg Variations, and for sharing with all of us your work of art.
