  • ive had a cuff torn for 4 or 5 years now! my arm was jelly for a whole year. cant if i flexs it hurts like hell and sounds like a crunching bag of chips! Still havent had it looked at because of having to pay for a MRI and my job doesn't give health insurance. scratching my back hurts and holding my arm out to the side. how much would all this cost if i had to pay for it out of pocket?

  • Hi, I have a Torn Right Shoulder with Tendonitis, it is swollen and throbs all the time. It was discovered by an MRI...I have an Appointment with a Ortho-Surgeon in Dec, however, No-one has told me what to do about it in the meantime. Would a slip over Shoulder Immobilizer help or make it worse?,,,Please help, Thank you.

  • i just had a rotator cuff operation in April. I had what was called a slap tare. However, the pain got worse the longer I waited. I am still not fully recovered but I do go to the gym and lift light weight with it. If any one has any question I will be happy to post some vids on what workouts i am doing and/or did before I had my operation.

  • Can this problem have the same symptoms as a frozen shoulder?
