@Wickedwonka121 Same here with the rule saying you have to hit a rail after the white hits the object ball....

Push Out.

@poolplayinghack, good point about those crazy rules. The best thing to do with tournaments like that is to not play them at all. If you have too many crazy rules, the game become BINGO not pool.

the little girl made it hella bad

No matter how often I hear the term "english" It remains a utterly ridiculous word for something that can be described much more logically and efficiently.
I can visualize the etymology of the word almost automatically. Some Yank played some Brit on day, expecting to wipe him of the table. Said Brit knew top and side spin, the actual proper words, and kicked the Yanks ass. The Yanks much have said something degrading like : "Oww, look at that fancy English". Hence the origin of the word.

LOL very clever, all dushebag sandbaggesr thank you for posting this tip. One day handicaps will go by winning percents and not innings.
On a side note. I prey every time you play this break you get unlucky and plunk a ball in one of the side pockets. Leaveing yourself stitched..

From watching this video, I learned that it is always up to mommy....

@cal0067 i agree with you and the stupid time out shit in my 8 ball league makes me feel like i'm playing against the whole team.
wow thats funny stuff...i have NEVER seen a 9 ball tournament with no push outs except the special cash game the pros did a few years back and very very rarely do you ever see one with no 3 foul rule...and jump shots are legal world wide whoever said they arent is a dumb shit...the only rule i have seen about them is the jump cue must be long enough and some tournaments dont allow phenolic ferrules or tips. your all welcome for setting things straight

@mastercueartist I have played in a few tourney with screwed up rules to benefit the local players. i.e. only one stick, hand can not touch the felt, can not move balls out of pocket, each player call pocket pre-break for 9 ball (old school rule), no talking except to opponent or ref, no push only concession, 3 no pocket shots on 8 ball and you lose, object ball and rail even when pocketing, house cues only... they suck but they are out there.

Easy jump shot or kick off of the long rail. You can also push...

Very seldom will I use this shot...give you an example of when I will. 1. Push outs not allowed 2. Lose on 3 fouls 3. I am giving a MAJOR handicap to my opponent. i.e. his 4 games to my 7 games and spot the 7 as his 9 ball. I am confident in winning this, the only thing that makes you hesitate is the 3 foul rule. Makes you hesitate risk taking on a weaker player....really brings out my inner chess player.
