I think you forgot the Direct Approach. IMO, in the day time, I tend to get a lot of success when I just walk up to a girl and say, "Hey miss, I don't normally do this very often but, you are so adorable that I had to come say hello. I'm Jacques (shake hands)."

This direct, ballsy approach really throws girls off with your confidence. As long as you're qualifying her and just having fun, you'll leave a great impression.

Totally agree with you. I am currently practicing direct like crazy these past few weeks since I broke up with the GF. However, I wouldn't use adorable. That's something you say to your sister or a friend. I like to use words like, "beautiful, sexy, gorgeous, etc." Something you don't say to a little sister. I also avoid saying cute.

Why are pauses considered "awkward"? I know a lot of people who like to piss-babble away, but why don't people see pausing as a moment to gather thought? I find people who find silence awkward, awkward.

You bring up a good point, and my answer to that is this: On a more advanced level of social skill, it's only "awkward" if you feel awkward when there's a pause. It's all about your frame, the woman will adopt any frame you present as long as it's strong enough. This video was made for more of the beginning level social artists.

I know this shit works, but whenever I see these pua's advice on picking women, it just seems so contrived, so unnnatural, and doing it makes me seem not me. Isn't there any guys around that know this stuff, that aren't total douchebags.

I hope you don't think of me as one of those total douchebags cause I go out of my way to stay as far away from those guys as possible. I too get seriously sick of all the "douchebagginess" in the community. There is no reason you need to use canned openers by other people. I will make a video within the next couple weeks about types of openers and how to create them so you don't have to be a social robot or a douche.
