It's one of the best EPs I've ever heard in my life-songs, and production.Not to mention any DEBUT release. Also the sound they had right from the start is amazing. They sounded like REM right from the start. Total originals as you pointed.

R.E.M and The Smiths do indeed rule. Gardening At Night rules though man, way better than Carnival of Sorts IMO.
