I am grateful to Peter Thomas of Oakleigh, Australia, who called my attention to a typo -- the RA mentioned above should be 23h, not 22h. Thus, Peter identifies the galaxy as NGC 7497. --J. W. Briggs

I haven't figured out yet what the galaxy is, but it's near (J2000) RA 22h 08m, Dec +18 16.3". Also, the UTC date and time when object 2005 YU55 was passing the galaxy was 2011 11 09, 5:09. If anyone can indicate if the galaxy has a catalogue number, please comment here. --John W. Briggs (photographer for this clip).
