Hi, cool that you like that German beer, unfortunately you didn't poor it right, so you dont event get the reel good flavour. That Kind of beer is called "Hefeweizen". "Hefe" means yeast. Yeast needs to miter in order to give his flavour. the beginning you did right, hold the glass almost horizontal, but when you cot about 1/3 you neet to have it vertical in order to crate foam.

Good replies but Kristall is generally not Hefe. Kristall Weizen is gernally filtered which removes the yeast. Will go do some more reading to make sure I am remembering this correctly.
