excuse me i need a bit of advice. i am 12 and i pitch for my team, and i have 4 pitches. those pitches are an okay sinker, nasty slider, bellow average changeup, and good 4 seam fastball. my fastball is 65-70 MPH but i top out at about 73-74. should i learn a fifth pitch to complete my package. comments would be very helpful. thank you.

You don't have to step behind the rubber to throw over. But when you do what he did fisrt you HAVE to throw it. Basically, as long as your lead leg doesnt make a motion towards home.
