Yeah, that's Elliot Smith. After Shop at Home went dark, he moved over to ShopNBC. He's actually a very good spokesman. Certainly better than any of the so-called males on the HSN stage, or the toads he currently co-hosts with.

The creep factor to this guy is very much there. From his weirdly deranged, and annoying voice, to his abnormally small stature, he's like an Oompa Loompa. He's a master at hyping everything he sells.
