What a bunch of incendiary nonsense. A reputable institutional insurance company certainly does not view an injured worker as a "young buck" (how inappropriate to use that term) who is easily replaced. You cast an ill name on an entire industry in the name of self-promotion.
As well, this idea that the first thing someone who is injured should do is look around and consider how the company could be at fault ("who spilled what I slipped on?") is juvenile. You promote a harmful litigiousness.

@ArthurKing1220 Dear King- This is a forum for open discussion and you are certainly entitled to your opinion but let's clarify. We do not know what line of work you are in; what is your experience as a Jones Act claimant; as a Jones Act employer; as a Jones Act employee; as an Insurance adjuster, etc. We see many claims and well over 75% of them are handled by the employer's insurer like they are frauds, deserve nothing or pieces of crap. That's our experience...what's yours?
