He's talking about a global governance that is decades, more probably centuries away with equal say and relatively the same goals. (He assumes your assuming he's not talking about the current systems of economic and political corruption).

Hmmm, so he's saying we should evolve into a type three civilization which is like the Empire in Star Wars??? Did he not watch Star Wars? The empire was all about tyranny. Whenever a government gains power its fine as long as all the people involved are good people.
