This is video with the anime, "The Cockpit," and the music from "Blazing Angels." When I was making the menu for the Cockpit Angels video game video, I knew that I have to come up with this. I'm planning on submitting this video to any music video contest in the country, or even the world.

THE ANIME AND MUSIC USED IN THIS VIDEO BELONG T O THEIR ORIGINAL CREATORS.

  • One question... is this anime "against" the americans and its allies? Because a lot of shows from japan I see is having a bad view on america, as savages. At least from my expierence.

  • @Computergeew Japan doesn't see us in a bad way. The makers of this show want to show that the main characters on the axis side have struggles on how they go through the war. It shows that America and its allies are the villains in the show.

  • @rolfyboy8 Oh ok. Personally I dont think shows like these should have a side, since basicly they are both the same. Its like angels vs angels... I guess

  • @Computergeew What do you mean have a side? You mean which side, axis or allies, the main character is in the story?

  • what don you mean by antagonist

  • The allies are villains.

    i miss il2 1946 T_T

  • Nice. Now, if someone could do one for Sky Crawlers....

  • always good to see "Americans" lose

  • @Computergeew, not really but because its shot from the Axis side some tendency toward the anti Allied bias does show. Since the anime depicts the last days of the war in the pacific there is also some heroism exaltation from the Japanese kamikaze pilot's point of view.

  • @rolfyboy8, I tried to ask at Best Buy where I could get in DVD, annd Iwas told that it is no longer distributed generally. Maybe the contact the studio that produced it about where it is still available. .

  • @Computergeew you gotta remember that Japan was allied with the Germans.. therefore they write about their history.. You don't see us here in America making movies with the Germans and the Japanese as main characters do you? we are not the center of the world man. And at least in this anime they don't present American as complete assholes.. If you watch "The Pacific" you would see that Americans really hated the fuck out of the Japanese and had all kinds of insults for them.

  • Ahh.. the Ohka.. fast and extremely furious little sonofa gun.. extremely deadly to anything that the pilot targeted. I remember playing Blazing Angels 1 (Really good game i might add) and Blaing Angels II. In Blazing Angels II one of your wingmen learns of an attack on San Fransisco. The Ohka appears in there, and you have to catch them (can you believe catching those little things??) And shoot them down before they reach a carrier or the Golden Gate Bridge. Even in the game, that was tough!

  • this vid is AWSOME witch is saying somthing cause i hate anime

  • @rolfyboy8 Side of view, like "Villains" and "Heroes".
