As Russia prepares to carry the Olympic torch forward in 2014 it is creating a high-tech sporting Mecca of the 21st Century. Using the latest design software, earthquake-proof stadiums are being constructed which will recycle their own waste to protect the natural environment as well as a new, integrated transport system to provide a smooth ride.
