@greenbeana214 You're comparing laws against other humans versus a law to protect your own safety and other people's safety as well. Are you going to say that requiring a license to drive is also unconstitutional and should be a personal choice?

I'm not trying to be an ass it's just that, even though something is a law does not make it right or in some circumstances legal. There have been plenty of laws that were struck down due to being unconstitutional or immoral. IE: the laws I've listed above.
