On the noise gate, isn't the high cut filter allowing everything through? 20,000Hz is the highest it goes to I thought? If you wanted to cut the high frequency i'm pretty sure you would drag that slider along to a lower frequency.
Tell me if i've got that wrong, but I think I'm correct.
