@Raspelfy Great suggestion. Lou bak gou has been on our "dish list" for a while now and we're still hoping to do it one of these days... so much food, so little time!
@LittoBUbbo Good call; there actually was a "steaming" portion, though it didn't make it into the video in the interest of time. But it's included in the recipe, which should be up on our website tomorrow!
