@katchaner Half of the clips are from Gods and Generals, which is the movie of the prequel to Gettysburg/Killer Angels written by Michael Shaara's son Jeff Shaara

@skyfrank I think it's meant to be an ironic take on 19th century mores... If I'm guessing right. What was the relatively 'unoffensive' word then is quite offensive now.
