  • It sounded like the band modulated and Steve Howe didn't! Luckily they came right back on key after 10 seconds because it did sound awful!

  • I would agree that Steve Howe is looking old-especially if you have seen him much in the 70's. Old or not, the dude smokes that guitar better than many wannabe guitar players out there in the music world.

Please lay off the negative comments about Howe....

  • Happy 62nd birthday John Wetton! June 12, 2011.

Some of these comments are incredibly ignorant. I guess,drdave0224, you should have panned the camera across the audience for the dumb, internet cowards benefit. Red,White & Blue Ash,another Cincy suburb, draws an enormous crowd with other "old" acts. These are the lengths we have to go through to hear good music and these are the venues these acts play for OUR benefit. They're not getting rich from these events. Now they play 'cause we request it!

  • It's good to see folks in Mason taking a break from listening to fat ass country stars and checking out some good music by some great musicians.

And what's with the Steve Howe ball busting here? The man is a god to every band from Madonna's touring players to Cannibal Corpse.

  • lol@all the comments about the looks of the band!!!

Who gives a toss ,they still sound brilliant

  • "And when your looks are gone and your all alone,

how many nights you sit beside the phone"

Seems quite appropriate considering the comments about these

"aging rock legends" one day will will all show our age.... unless you die

a beauty of a young corpse as they say.

I don't care what Steve may look like these days, just like Keith Richards!? or

( too many aging rockers to list nowdays) except for his partial flub in the

solo he still jam's better than most anyone commenting on this vid

  • DAM, this is so frigging GREAT!!!!

  • @SasBald thanx for your thoughts, i guess its a free country & people will say what they want thinking it makes them look better to put others down, espec when they don't know who they are talking about, just shows their ignorance..I saw Steve w/ Yes at the hard rock hotel in vegas back in 2002 & it took some time to get use to how he aged having not seen Steve for some time, i came for Yes music & Steve's virtuoso playing- at least he doesn't wear a wig like some i won't mention..

  • @Danklin24 that guitar player you are referring to is Steve Howe from the english prog rock band "Yes"

    they had a few songs you might have heard "Roundabout", Yours is no Disgrace", "I've seen all good people";

long distance Runaround","Owner of a lonely Heart"," have you never heard the lp "Big generator" or 90210, many classic yes songs on these like"changes, "Rhythm of love" "Love will find a way" etc rolling stone mag lists Steve as #69 on their top 100 greatest guitarists.had enough?

  • @MOSKII58

Apparently your remark has not left any impression on a lot of folks out there, judging by some of the posts I have just read further down. I find peace in the thought that these chaps will be in for a big (and "unpleasant") surprise once they have reached the age of 60+. Of course, they will see things differently then.

Thanks for the post - voice of reason out in the desert of .... "Out, out, demons of stupidity!", as Dogbert once put it.

  • @NashJille LOL! Never could I have imagined back in '82 that someday I'd be seeing and hearing this. Geoff pulling out the guitar-shaped synth and 2 people at a cookout clapping. Good grief
