Hi, it is very tough to make a suggestion. We usually take a full hour to essentially interview a student. This allows us to make good suggestions for possible topics on your admissions essay. We like to help a student find a topic and plan that he/she feels extremely confident about. Therefore, without any information, my suggestion is that you try the answer that makes you feel the most confident and empowered, this will lead to the best UC application.
