This is so nice to see. I have this exact same doll, she still talks, but she is bald. I used to carry her around by her hair when I was young, forty something years ago :)

Wow....If you ever come across another one PLEASE let me know. I pulled the string on my so much when I was little that it broke. My older sister who was about 7 at the time told me that if I cut her hair it would grow faster so, needless to say, she's bald. She still comforts me when I'm feeling bad though. I love my Tammy.

This is my doll! I got her when I was 5 years old and still have her today. I can't remember what her bought name was? Can you help me? Also.....I see your post was in 2009....do you still have her?

@Angie6130 Hi! This is "Teenie Talk" made by Mattel in 1965. I've been acquiring used "pre-loved" dolls and selling them on eBay for three years (since October 2008) and this is the only one of these I've ever seen!...she has been sold.
