  • Well, I'm Neda, and I must say that some of you are completely overreacting. I'm not majoring in theatre and don't plan on becoming an actress. In fact, I'm a biology major. Therefore, these comments are completely unnecessary. I was a 14 year-old girl trying to get a good grade in my beginner's drama class. Shit, calm down!

  • I'm done with this thread. She's a poor actor, period.

  • Did I say London or New York? I did not.

And this is HIGH SCHOOL no one ever wins an oscar in their first movie. She's not going out for the star role, shes performing for a grade.

  • I've also done several features and would say she would be better suited to the screen than to theatre, but like I said originally, it's either Streep and Blanchet or Fox and Electra for screen. I'm afraid Neda is in neither catagory.

Local theatre maybe, but London or New York, c'mon, really?

  • I can't imagine a less appropriate platform for her skills (or lack of) than the theatre. Her performance is too small for theatre (I'm not talking about lack of projection)

I've trod the boards and absolutely love it. I can tell you this; she wouldn't last past opening night with a perfomance like that.

  • I said less, for one. And that's your opinion. I think different. How many broadway musical's actually look convincing, or are just completely outlandish? Most are the latter, so you just sit back and watch.

  • It wouldn't improve by being more 'dramatic'. It's completely unconvincing, false and akward to watch. She can't act, period.

  • lol- sorry. But, hey- you have to admit, you buy her performance? Is it really dramatic? No. Do you see her in like an Amy Adams type film/play/ ect. something thats less dramatic? I could.

  • Wow- using popular lines from a puppet? Aren't you crafty. I agree with what you're saying- but think of it this way, this is HIGH SCHOOL theatre class.

And Megan Fox has nothing but a good body- big fucking whop. Her face is OKAY- pretty, but not omg drop dead goregeous. And carmen electra? Of anyone to pick those two? Pamela Anderson- kay, I could see that? Carmen has never done a thing, except be the girl the everyone questions about being truly hot.

  • All good actors have a natural flare, a flare she simply does not have. drama classes can not turn bad actors into good actors.

Classes at best will fine tune or take off a few rough edges, you can't polish a turd.

Here's the bare facts; either you look like Megan Fox or Carmen Electra in which case you'll get a ton of work regardless of acting ability or if you look like Neda (not ugly, but no Megan Fox) you need to be able to act like Meryl Streep or Cate Blanchett.
